There are a few simple ways to teach your child to fall asleep on their own. With them, your child will not need the help of parent to go to sleep when he wants.

During breastfeeding, do not move your baby to your bed, it is very dangerous. Minor movements of your body will not allow the baby to sleep, in addition, there is a danger of accidental compression of the child, as in a dream you cannot control your movements. If you still prefer to sleep together, then reduce the frequency of breastfeeding due to large portions.

Your child will not be able to get used to the new regime as quickly as you would like. In some children, the duration of adaptations takes less time, some – more. Be patient and your child will get used to it. When your child begins to fall asleep on their own, you will have more time for themselves and to maintain order in the house. It will make your life easier. Your child will fall asleep at a fixed time, but remember that the sooner he goes to sleep, the sooner he will wake up in the morning.
